My body and guts are so much happier!
I’m doing so much better and feel great. My skin is clearer and my belly is shrinking. I am enjoying all of the foods on the diet and don’t feel deprived, although I am looking forward to adding foods back in.
So far so good on this plan. It will be very interesting to see which foods bother me.
This weekend is John’s birthday, and I’m not eating cake! But, I will introduce dairy back into my diet and see how my body response.
