I’ve tried a few different diets and not one of them has worked for me. By that I mean, I didn’t stick with them. And, if I can’t stick with it, it’s not going to work. So I quit.
You can’t be a quitter!
I can hear the battle cries now! But I would like to challenge that statement. I believe you can quit. At least quit if it’s not working. Now, that doesn’t mean go back to your old ways of not working out and eating poorly (or too much).
Find what works for you.
With encouragement from my son and daughter in law, I started the Transform plan on Jan 1st. It is easy and best of all, makes sense to me. The three of us started together, but we are on completely different programs. I like that part.
