I’ve come to realize I am not a person who can diet. I would rather keep moving and earn my food!
What about you? How do you stay fit or lose weight? Do you just diet? Need to diet and exercise? Or do you just exercise?

I’m anti-diet! Instead I look at food as choices – limiting how much I eat and being sensible 🙂
